ABSTRACT
The E- MEDICAL CLAIM HANDING project is
developed for prevailing Medical allowances for the employees working in that
concern. The E- MEDICAL CLAIM HANDLING as it’s back end tool.
The E- MEDICAL CLAIM HANDLING consists of an
employee master record in which the details of all employees are recorded. The
Medical allowances are prevailed by checking their eligibility conditions. The
manual data processing requires all the information to be analyzed and may
often to be very tedious. It may sometimes lead to error. By computerizing this
MEDICLAIM PROCESSING, it will be easy to deal with and there will be no human
interventions.
The project “E- MEDICAL CLAIM HANDLING” is an
attempt to provide the users clear cognizance on issues related to claiming
funds in accordance with medical claim following an health hazards. The users
are been given insight view on rules and procedures subject to mediclaim
process in a conceptual manner and proude. Clear guidance to the people who are

System

possible if the data is in the form of paper or disk drive. The manual system
gives us very less security for saving data: some data may be lost due to
mismanagement. It’s a limited system and fewer users friendly. Searching of
particular information is very critical its take lot of time, it is very
critical to maintain records manually for physical devices of a computer.
Because organizations contains computer on different configuration. It is a
tedious job to maintain more no of projects at time manually in the companies.
Every project has to be split in to no of modules; it is very difficult to find
which employees are working in which module. There is no way to access the
system from the side of any client.
Proposed
system
To
debug the existing system, remove procedures those cause data redundancy, make
navigational sequence proper. To provide information about users on different
level and also to reflect the current work status depending on organization. To
build strong password mechanism.
