EVALUATION & MAINTENANCE OF HR AND EMPLOYEE DETAILS



ABSTRACT:
                 The revolutionary trends of computerization have reached the peaks achieving global goals in all fields and sectors. The EM-HRED systems getting computerized are leading to a new and innovative way to approach to above said. With the major organizations hosting services of HRED our project specifically aims to the total computerization of the EM-HRED.
         
        The total automation of EM-HRED, the manual dependency is minimized to a large extent. It inherits all the properties of computerizing a system which includes quick response, less processing time, non-diligence, fast recovery, robustness, flexibility, reliability, scalability.

          Today’s trend demands high rate of automation for the EM-HRED as the organizations are growing in exponential form and maintaining employee records in a consistent format. To satisfy the needs of clients, today’s organization need more and more of workforce. The EM-HRED system takes care of this by taking in resumes from new aspirants and allowing the HR to view them in and do selections there upon.

EXISTING SYSTEM:
          Present day organizations, especially large companies house employees in large numbers. In order to maintain their records, which include their personal details, payroll details and attendance details, the burden on HRMS department is immense. The lack of consistency in record maintenance leads to both loss of property as well as employee confidence.
With the total automation of ERP-HRMS, the manual dependency is minimized to a large extent. It should inherit all the properties of computerizing a system, which includes quick response, less processing time, non-diligence, fast recovery, robustness, flexibility, reliability, scalability…
In addition to these characteristics the system should maintain data in consistent format all the while.

 PROPOSED SYSTEM:

          The proposed system should have the above features. The features of the system are, it maintains the employee details, payroll details, attendance details and also the resume details of a new aspirant. The system should also be easy to access, accurate and consistent results can be obtained.
          The employee details include all the personal information, login information. The system should be able to maintain the attendance details based on the login information and should also be able generate pay slips automatically. The system should also provide a new aspirant to be able to submit his/her resume and it should also take care of intimating HR about it.
